I also like tiny houses..... 200 sg feet or less... Like these
I also like inexpensive so theres this Case in point
Then there are my issues with wheels Sort of like this but cooler...
Ahh.... and one more.... And this one which is all .... middle AmuriKa
So far soo good.... most are a little too pricey for me.... once you look at the price per foot its Oh Snap..
8X20=160 sq feet.... $187 per foot... Building costs in Tennesee is $70 and $100 even southern Cal is about $150....
Random link on micro house
And....... I'm wanting some special stuff.. hardwood floors.. stained glass.. and I don't think I need to pay.. $30,000 to get the intro basic model... won't, cant, not even gonna... theres no investment "value" or any other sales BS Im going to buy into with one of these little houses..
Now comes the oh glory moment... And enlightenment.... angels need to be singing an stuff... and there are less expensive buildings, kiosks and what not... you can fancy it up.. via these guys and add on style.... its panel condtruction using short pieces...which are cheaper off the top anyway.. oddly enough the wood used to make pallets happens to be the right size.... and can be anything from oak to teak, or mahogony... or you can just buy a unit from a pallet factory...
Not that I've thought about it much... I'm just saying... not everyone has to live the same way... I like shipping container conversions for studio spaces.. Fecking yurts, tipis.... whatever.. I knew a guy that lives in a mine tunnel like a hobbit...
I live and work in less than 200 sq feet... its not a hardship its actually kickin.. my house cost less than $1,000.. shower, stove, heat if I choose.. a bed I ignore a gas fridge.. a door I can lock... My house smells like spices, bread, incense, wood carving, leather and all kina manly stuff...
I feel like Im rich... like my life is the coolest ever.. and its all paid for.. I owe nuffin..
I could have a $2,000 house payment.... pay $800 rent...and when I work a show not even see the place for months... So what if I spend $300 on gas to go to a show where-ever.... its still better than paying rent..
Comes a point ya kinda want something different..... I can see having a ginger bread house.... to go with my push cart and setting up a camp...near a park entrance... or medieval event site... Amish country... something different... somewhere green.. with fishing close.. mushrooms.. rain even..
I really like salvage.... trailer frames.. appliances...anything I can use or sell.....
