Flour, water, yeast and a little salt to slow the yeast.... some times a little honey if my yeast needs a boost.. I like soft foccacia dough I can toss around like a pizza.... cause chances are the end of the day thats what it'll end up being...
This is a photo from a couple of years ago... but its typical and bread doesn't change a lot... I don't use cherry or grape, tomatoes much cause the bread doesn't last... now I'll bake in rosemary or other herbs maybe oil cured olives and Parmesan.... the anchovies I crush in olive oil with garlic and use as a spread...
Mostly I like my bread plain... brushed with olive oil then sprinkled with salt and cumin.... real desert dweller food...
